Job Description

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and construction in the Indian job market context. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to create design solutions that meet project requirements and adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, review construction progress, and ensure that the project is being built according to design specifications.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, including tracking expenses and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and construction in the Indian job market context.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices is a plus.
- Licensed architect preferred.
