🏗️ 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗚𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗼𝗻 🕒 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: 𝟵:𝟯𝟬 𝗮𝗺 – 𝟲:𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗺 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: 𝟲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 (𝟮𝗻𝗱 & 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝗳) 📌 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝟭𝟴–𝟮𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 (𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁) 👥 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝟯 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 🎯𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼? • Lead end-to-end construction project delivery: planning → execution → completion. • Manage budgeting, cost control, schedules & quality. • Coordinate with teams across Contracts, Purchase, HR, Architecture, Sales & Marketing. • Liaise with external consultants for drawings, inputs & finalisations. • Conduct weekly site-reviews and monthly audits for quality, safety & billing. • Track project milestones, report progress & drive corrective actions. • Foster motivation and engagement among site staff, contractors & project teams. 💡𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 🎓 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or postgraduate degree • 18–20 years of relevant experience in construction / project management 📋 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 1. Proven expertise in project planning and execution for large‐scale construction 2. Strong civil engineering background with on-site management experience 3. Quality assurance & control, construction safety knowledge and implementation 4. Contract / BOQ understanding, budgeting, cost control, billing expertise 5. Material planning & requisition, vendor & contractor management 6.
