Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Team Lead to oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions, manage a team of developers, and act as the technical and strategic bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. You will ensure that our Salesforce ecosystem is robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. - Architect and oversee the development of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies. - Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other teams to drive Salesforce strategy. - Oversee integrations with external systems and third-party applications. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and drive their adoption within the team. - Monitor project timelines, manage resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Tech Lead Responsibilities - Lead a team of 5+ members (for those with 4+ years of Salesforce experience). - Offer architectural guidance and review solutions proposed by the team. What We Are Looking For - 9+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role. - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. - Salesforce Architect or advanced Developer certifications are a plus. - Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
