Role Description

We are hiring a full-time AutoCAD Drafter for our Chalakkudy office. The AutoCAD Drafter will play a key role in preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, architectural plans, and production-ready documents. A major focus of this role is cutting list preparation to support accurate production and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural, shop, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Specialize in cutting list preparation and support production teams with precise documentation.
- Develop and update production drawings for smooth execution.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to translate concepts into reality.
- Revise and finalize drawings in line with project requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and efficiency in all drafting work.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
- Proven experience in cutting list preparation and production drawing development.
- Strong background in technical, shop, and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of architecture, detailing, and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in residential design projects is an added advantage.
