Your area of work: At the forefront of cyber defense, our mission is to secure sensitive data and protect critical digital infrastructure. We are expanding our cybersecurity capabilities by implementing an advanced Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution that integrates CrowdStrike and Zscaler. Join us in building a proactive security ecosystem that enables fast detection, effective response, and robust protection across our organization. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will lead the implementation of CrowdStrike and Zscaler solutions, ensuring seamless deployment, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize the XDR environment. Post-implementation, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the platform, monitoring security events, ensuring high availability, and supporting the broader Security IT team in protecting our digital assets. Your responsibilities: - Lead the deployment and integration of CrowdStrike and Zscaler solutions, ensuring technical alignment with enterprise security architecture and operational requirements. - Operational Support: Provide ongoing monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of the CrowdStrike and Zscaler solutions. Act as the primary contact for operational issues and ensure timely resolution. - Collaboration & Vendor Management: Coordinate with platform vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure optimized performance, roadmap alignment, and service continuity. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, runbooks, and reporting on platform performance, incident trends, and improvements, while also ensuring compliance and security documentation is thoroughly addressed. - Innovation & Enhancement: Identify areas for continuous improvement and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize threat visibility and response capabilities. - Contribute to the implementation of new AI agent use cases aimed at enhancing our security posture Your profile: - Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Zscaler, or other endpoint and network security solutions is a bonus. - Solid understanding of XDR concepts, threat detection methodologies, and security data correlation. - Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms, API integrations, and automation of incident handling processes. - Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) are a plus. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. - Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Security IT field.
