Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Principal Architect (Band 8) to lead our technology strategy and architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of IT architecture strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Technology Roadmaps: Create and maintain technology roadmaps to guide the evolution of the IT landscape.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet architectural standards and business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Innovation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve business processes and IT infrastructure.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and architecture.
- Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Preferred Skill:
- Knowledge of Architectural Frameworks: Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman
- Innovative Mindset: Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends
