Greetings from TCSTCS is looking for IFS App - Finance Consultant
Desired Experience : 5+ Years
Location : Bhubaneswar/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida.
Required Technical Skill Set
- IFS APP10 FINANCE.
- IFS App Finance consultant with Finance Domain knowledge (including GAAP Processes) deep practical knowledge of the basic data set up, master data requirements and transactional processes in all aspects of the IFS App Finance Modules.
- Delivering multiple Project in-depth IFS application knowledge.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 end to end implementation experiences with IFS ERP.
- Experience with IFS Finance including accounts payable, purchase to pay process, accounts receivable, order to cash process, and general ledger.
- Deep understanding of the IFS system, and well versed with configuration, customization, and integration with other IFS modules or external systems. Should be able to understand the AS IS business process, prepare the TO Be documents and perform the gap analysis.
- Should perform the requirement gathering and convert them to functional specification for the identified CRIM.
- Should have been part of user/super user testing go live and cutover plan.
- Good communication skill, both oral and verbal, in articulating requirements and solutions. Experience working in an Agile team environment, and with tools such as Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
- Knowledge of IFS or other ERP systems - hands-on experience of basic data set up, master data requirements and transactional processes in all aspects e.g.: for Enterprise Data.
- Configure, Create Basic Data Setup. Help with Acceptance.
- Testing for various IFS Finance Modules.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Analyze business system specifications to define automated system requirements.
- Strong configuration experience of IFS Cloud or one / many older versions support business requirements. Support fit-gap analysis, design and development of enhancements leveraging IFS capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal & presentation.
- IFS application configuration knowledge, Administration, RMBs, Events, Custom Fields, etc.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Work with IFS on support cases to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
- Mentoring other consultants where required.
Good-to-Have
- Should be familiar with agile methodology.
- Support and rollout experience.
- Knowledge in Inventory and Procurement module.
- Good understanding of Business needs and better solutioning to cater the same.

- Configure and customize IFS application to meet the business requirement.
- Helps clients create financial plans to achieve their needs
- Integrate financial management systems with other software applications
- Translate business requirements into workable solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Creation of functional documents, process flow mapping and training to super end users and hypercare support.
- Co-ordinate with business and stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Accountable to Post Delivery support to business on the provided solution.
- Setup frequent meetings with the stake holders and internal teams during the critical issue handling.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education.
