Job role - Telecaller Executive Location - Bhat Ahmedabad Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products services answer queries and generate leads or sales This role requires excellent communication skills patience and a positive attitude Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers to promote products services Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or take feedback Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions Achieve daily weekly monthly call and conversion targets Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate departments Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions Record call details and maintain proper documentation Requirements Any graduate can apply Prior experience in telecalling customer service or telesales preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English Hindi and Gujrati Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Positive attitude persuasive skills and ability to handle rejections Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Schedule Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience Telecommunication 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Required English Required Gujarati Required Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Required Work Location In person
