As the first Indian frozen food brand to win an International Taste Award, we combine innovation, quality, and cutting-edge food technology to deliver premium, delicious, and trusted products loved by consumers nationwide Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing D2C operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operational excellence across multiple Meatigo units, ensuring seamless coordination between central, city and store teams, managing the inventory, last mile, and delivering the brand promise of freshness, quality, and speed. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to established SOPs across multiple city units. - Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement strong control measures. - Coordinate and streamline last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. - Collaborate closely with store teams, logistics partners, and city managers to optimize service standards. - Analyze key operational metrics and sales data to generate actionable insights for process improvement. - Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and systems for better operational efficiency. - Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity and cost control. - Manage product launches, order tracking, and backend coordination to ensure operational accuracy. - Stay current on market trends, competition, and innovations in D2C operations. Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management. - 4–7 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Retail Operations. - Strong data and analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on, detail-oriented, and agile problem-solver with a strong process-driven mindset. - Prior experience in high-growth D2C or FMCG environments will be an added advantage. - Demonstrated experience in central and/or multi-city operations management.
