CAM Programming Simulation Generate complex 5-axis toolpaths using CAM Software Validate NC programs through Veri cut machine simulation to ensure collision-free and optimized machining Post Processor Development Develop and customize post processors for multi-axis CNC using Siemens NX or CAM-POST tools Ensure accurate G-code generation aligned with machine kinematics and controller specifications Continuous Improvement Projects Lead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing cutting strategies and minimizing consumable usage Part Prove-Out Operator Guidance Support machine operators during first part prove-out ensuring adherence to setup sheets and machining parameters FAIR PPAP Documentation Guide the team in preparing First Article Inspection Reports FAIR and Production Part Approval Process PPAP documentation including measurement strategies and control plans Non-Conformance Management Investigate and resolve manufacturing non-conformances implementing corrective and preventive actions CAPA to maintain quality standards Tooling Fixture Development Select appropriate cutting tools and design fixtures for various CNC machines to ensure stability repeatability and precision Material Expertise Handle and machine high-performance materials such as Inconel Titanium Copper and Stainless Steel with a focus on tool life and surface integrity Process Planning Risk Management Develop detailed process plans and lead APQP Advanced Product Quality Planning and PFMEA Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis activities to mitigate risks and ensure robust manufacturing processes
