Founded in 2022 by senior leaders from companies like HUL, GSK, EY Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, and Bain & Co., the institute bridges the gap between traditional business education and evolving industry needs Responsibilities : • Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring visual continuity, smooth transitions, and coherent storytelling. • Trim and arrange footage to achieve a seamless and engaging final product. • Incorporate visual effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the overall video quality. • Maintain a strong design sense, ensuring every frame is visually appealing. • Work closely with creative team to execute the vision and maintain brand consistency. • Grade and enhance video footage to achieve the desired look and feel. • Edit audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure a well balanced audiovisual experience. • Sync audio and visual components to create a seamless and professional final product. • Review and refine edited videos to ensure they meet the established standards of quality, style, and branding. • Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy access for future projects. • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver timely results. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware. Requirements : • Over 1 year of proven experience as a Visual Editor/ Video Editor. • Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. • Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques. • Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and visual effects. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • A portfolio highlighting previous video editing work is preferred.
