We are hiring ServiceNow Developer - Sales and Order Management (SOM)

Location: Across LTIMindtree Pan India location

Experience: 5 to 10yrs

Skills: ServiceNow Developer - Sales and Order Management (SOM)

- 5+ Experience on developing applications on SOM platform
- ServiceNow development configuration of Customer Service Management and Order Management
- Hands on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor
- Process understanding of customer service management and order management
- Good Experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementationdevelopment
- Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development
- Good experience in webbased Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration
- Good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows
- Hands on experience on CMDB and Active directory LDAP
- Experience in managing Client discussion and Requirement gathering
- Good communication and presentation skill
