About Client One of our MNC clients offers technology consulting and digital solutions to global enterprises across industries enabling transformative scale at unparalleled speed With 145 000 professionals across 90 countries helping 1100 clients it provides a full spectrum of services including consulting information technology enterprise applications business process services engineering services network services customer experience design services AI analytics and cloud infrastructure services It is the first Indian company in the world to have been awarded the Sustainable Markets Initiative s Terra Carta Seal in recognition of actively leading the charge to create a climate and nature-positive future Job Title SAP S 4HANA Finance Consultant CFIN Specialist Location Pan India Remote On-Site as required Experience Level 10-15 YearsSub-Skill Focus Central Finance CFIN We are seeking an experienced SAP S 4HANA Finance Consultant with a strong background in Central Finance CFIN to join our team The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in CFIN within the broader context of 10-15 years of overall experience in SAP Finance This role will be crucial in leading and executing SAP S 4HANA Finance implementations migrations and optimizations for our clients across India Key Responsibilities Implementation Configuration Lead and manage SAP S 4HANA Finance implementations with a focus on Central Finance CFIN module Configure and customize CFIN solutions to meet client requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems Conduct requirement gathering sessions design blueprints and develop solutions that align with business processes Consulting Advisory Provide expert guidance on Central Finance strategy best practices and the latest advancements in SAP S 4HANA Finance Analyze current finance processes and propose enhancements or optimizations using CFIN functionalities Act as a key advisor to clients offering solutions to complex financial integration and reporting challenges Project Management Oversee project timelines deliverables and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and functional consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery Prepare and present project status reports issues and risk assessments to stakeholders Support Maintenance Provide post-implementation support for CFIN solutions including troubleshooting and issue resolution Ensure system stability and performance through regular maintenance and updates Offer training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams for effective use of SAP S 4HANA Finance solutions Documentation Reporting Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions including design documents configuration guides and user manuals Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Computer Science or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications in SAP S 4HANA Finance or related areas are preferred Experience 10-15 years of overall experience in SAP Finance with at least 5-8 years of hands-on experience specifically in Central Finance CFIN Proven track record in successful SAP S 4HANA Finance implementations migrations and support Skills In-depth knowledge of SAP S 4HANA Finance modules including but not limited to Central Finance CFIN Financial Accounting FI and Controlling CO Strong analytical problem-solving and consulting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Experience with data migration integration techniques and financial reporting in SAP environments Preferred Attributes SAP certifications related to S 4HANA Finance or Central Finance Experience in leading large-scale SAP S 4HANA Finance projects Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the finance domain
