Job description:

- Gather the Requirement for various creatives requirements, design, and get them executed, organize them in the drive and share it with the team on time.
- Creatives for Ads
- Creatives for Website
- Creatives for Social Media
- Organize and assign the work into a work management tool for self and the team to ensure that the work is transparent and trackable by everyone.
- Constantly research and come up with new ideas and templates to enhance the aesthetics of the creative, while bringing variety into growify design.
- Set a consistent tone for each brand and provide the details of it to the junior designer to execute on the creative
- Delegate repeated task to relevant member and ensure proper utilisation is happening for the team
- Collaborate with other teams to get timely design requirement and set process to complete the task on schedule for all brands
- Raise alarms when work is getting overloaded and if the priority of work is confusing
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity.
- Take feedback on the creatives from Management till the time the brand guidelines are not set or when the team tries a new style or activity.
- Study brands' social media constantly to understand their aesthetics and brand design evolution.
- Recruitment and Department Building
- Do their onboarding which includes tool's training and task explanation.
- Mentor them and guide them to do the work that you do so you can build capacity and can manage.
- Escalate any team and work related issues to right channels for which hampers the work and productivity

Job Requirement:

- 3+ years of experience in Graphic Designer
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization
- Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Prior experience in Design and editing softwares
- Degree in Creative / Artistic Discipline.
