About Us Livblends Hospitality is a premier food and beverage service provider specialising in healthcare education and corporate catering across the GCC and India Established to redefine the standards in institutional dining we deliver tailored nutritious and high-quality meals that cater to diverse dietary needs and enhance the overall experience for our clients Our commitment to quality health safety and environmental responsibility is supported by a highly skilled team and strong operational standards We meet rigorous international benchmarks including Joint Commission International JCI accreditation and ISO certification ensuring that every meal we serve aligns with the highest standards of quality and care JOB ROLE Generate accurate food bills for patients staff or visitors Use POS Point of Sale or manual billing systems as required Collect cash or digital payments UPI card etc Ensure proper change is returned when applicable Maintain a daily cash register and reconcile at the end of the shift Maintain records of meals provided to admitted patients if applicable Coordinate with nursing stations for patient diet plans or prepaid billing Keep track of daily sales discounts and free meals if applicable Submit daily reports to the canteen supervisor or accounts department Politely attend to customer queries and complaints regarding billing Ensure billing area is clean and organized Work with kitchen staff to confirm food items and availability Coordinate with hospital administration for billing of staff meals if on credit or monthly deductions Qualifications Minimum education Plus Two 2 or equivalent Basic knowledge of computer operations and billing software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Common Shift Timings Morning Shift 6 00 AM - 4 00 PM Afternoon Shift 12 00 PM - 10 00 PM Shift Rotation Shifts may rotate weekly or monthly depending on staffing Job Type Full-time Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
