Job Description - Leadership exposure for a large scale unit of a Conglomerate - Define Data Strategy with Group leaders Job Description - Lead and manage the analytics department to achieve organisational goals. - Develop and implement data science models to solve business challenges in the property and building materials sectors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and solutions. - Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all analytics initiatives. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management. - Provide insights and recommendations to optimise business processes and strategies. - Stay updated with the latest analytics and data science tools and techniques. - Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and capabilities in analytics. The Successful Applicant A successful Data Science and Analytics Head should have: - Should have engineering degree/diploma in Chemicals (Non-negotiable) - A strong educational background in data science, analytics, computer science, or a related field. - Proven expertise in data analytics, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis. - Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. - Experience in handling large datasets and working in the building materials or property industry. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - A track record of leading successful analytics projects and teams.
