Job Description Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the growth vertical within fintech/retail/BFSI space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives within credit card partner ecosystem, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Partner ecosystem- Creating a partner ecosystem spanning across different categories like CD/IT, travel, education-com, quick comm etc to drive monthly offers for credit card customers - Strategic New Age projects: To monitor new age industry trends in BFSI space and driving new strategic initiatives - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI guidelines) related to credit card payments and loyalty programs. - Vendor Management: Work with partners for negotiating commercials and managing the relationship - Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze transaction data, customer behaviour, and portfolio performance to provide insights for business growth. - Customer Experience: Collaborate with customer service teams to handle escalations related to tactical/strategic offers, ensuring a seamless customer experience. -Legal agreement Understanding of legal agreements and closure with both legal teams -Project Management: Lead or support projects related to the introduction of new payment solutions or enhancements in the loyalty space. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of payment and loyalty strategies with broader business goals. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the growth/alliance profile - Existing roots in partner ecosystem cutting across categories is a must - Deep understanding of Alliance ecosystem - Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Education: - MBA from Tier 1 B-school
