Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and assist with day-to-day HR operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates as well as managing administrative functions such as employee attendance and coordinating with hiring managers Key Responsibilities Recruitment Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels Conduct initial screening and first round of interviews Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the recruitment database Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process HR Coordination Administration Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs and interview feedback Maintain employee attendance records and update HR systems accordingly Support new hire onboarding and documentation Assist with drafting offer letters employment contracts and other HR documents Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments as needed Other Responsibilities Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures Participate in HR initiatives employee engagement activities and performance review cycles Handle any other tasks as assigned by the management or HR department Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations minimum 1 year preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion What We Offer Dynamic work environment Opportunities for growth and development Competitive salary and benefits Supportive HR team and collaborative culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
