Job Description - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise manufacturing processes. - Ensure alignment of operations with organisational goals and regulatory standards. - Lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvements. - Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed. - Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to introduce innovative solutions. - Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet operational targets. - Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate is someone with: - B.Tech or BE degree in Electrical or Mechanical field - Proven expertise in the semiconductor industry and manufacturing processes. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. - Experience in implementing operational strategies and driving process improvements. - Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
