About Treasury Operations
Treasury Operations handles all the operational activities for Treasury Products. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of deal acceptance, verification, settlement, accounting valuation, reconciliation and MIS relating to all Treasury Products for Domestic as well as international branches. They are also responsible for payment via RTGS and NEFT as well as custodial services which includes custody settlement, client onboarding and fund accounting.

The team is responsible for managing CSGL/Associate Members
Key Responsibilities
Reduction in pending documents& timely account opening

Automation of processes to improve EGRC score and better control

Containment of Operational Losses

Improve Customer Loyalty/Service excellence with Nil complaints

Timely and accurate GL Reconciliation

Monitoring & authorisationof desk activities

Completion of RAR observations,Repeat audit observations, RMP observations (Timely as well as satisfactory closure)

Error free and timely settlement

Ensure TAT and compliance

Timely and accurate updation of rates

Qualifications
Graduate/ Post graduate from a recognized institute

2-5 years of relevant work experience

Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of industry and product trends

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Basic Knowledge of Forex - Nostro, Vostro
