Job Description
As an integral member of the team you will be a crucial contact for Customers and do your best to assist them with their enquiries and purchases. Your role will cover but won't be limited to:
- Receiving Inbound calls
- Chat / E Mail to respond to customer enquiries and to reconnect with customers
- Accountable for daily target and KPIs
- General customers service and customer complaints
- Flexible with shift times based on operational needs
- Digital correspondence
