We assist startups, SMEs, and accounting firms in managing their books, cleanups, reconciliations, and month-end close using top cloud-based platforms like QuickBooks Online, Xero, Intact and NetSuite. From bookkeeping and financial reporting to catch-up accounting and ongoing compliance, we function as a reliable offshore extension of your finance team, delivering accuracy, timeliness, and insights for smarter decision-making. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a finance associate located in Delhi, India. The candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities also include managing and handling client, and providing insights to support decision-making. Qualifications - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite - Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication skills for liaising with international clients - Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent - Experience in the accounting industry for US and UK businesses is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Industry - Accounting Employment Type Full-time
