Job Description Purpose of Role The IT Project cum Platform Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery and ongoing management of key technology initiatives and enterprise platforms. The role combines project management excellence with platform ownership - ensuring that digital solutions are implemented effectively, maintained efficiently, and continuously enhanced to meet evolving business needs. Position Title Chief Manager - IT Project (Platform Manager) Position Summary Key aspects of the role include overseeing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless platform performance post go-live. The incumbent will also be accountable for platform stability, enhancements, vendor coordination, and user adoption. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that IT systems deliver measurable business value while maintaining high standards of governance, security, and user experience.
