Junior Dietitian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dietitian with a background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling, developing personalized diet plans, and actively engaging in sales activities to promote our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of nutrition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans for clients based on their health goals, dietary needs, and medical conditions.

2. Provide ongoing nutritional counseling and support to clients to help them achieve and maintain their desired health outcomes.

3. Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach, to promote our products and services.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and educational content related to nutrition and wellness.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and wellness trends to enhance service offerings and client engagement.

7. Maintain accurate records of client consultations, progress, and sales activities using our CRM system.

8. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical or wellness setting.

3. Strong understanding of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and meal planning techniques.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

5. Proven track record of sales success and experience in sales or customer service roles.

6. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

7. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification preferred.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
