About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records ensuring timely payments and providing data to data as required for our clients Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Booking of invoices credit notes and payments Accounts Payable Booking of invoices and recording of payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all transactions Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements with accounting records Identify and resolve discrepancies Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Provide financial insights to management General Accounting Assist with general accounting tasks such as journal entries account reconciliations and month-end close procedures Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally etc Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills To Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to shashank goyal outlook com Job Type Full-time Pay 9 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Morning shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Required total work 1 year Preferred Language English Hindi Preferred License Certification Tally Preferred Work Location In person
