Job Description - Develop and implement the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely communication. - Prepare and present financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements. - Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior leadership to support decision-making. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging. - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and financial analysts. - Oversee the creation of annual reports and other investor communication materials. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Investor Relations should have: - CA/MBA with 14-20 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate/infrastructure sector - Strong knowledge of financial markets and investor relations practices. - Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. - Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
