Job SummaryWe are seeking a Lead Administrator with 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP S 4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Multi Channel and Finance Accounting This hybrid role requires day shifts and does not involve travel Responsibilities Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S 4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BTP Administration to resolve issues promptly Manage SAP HANA Administration tasks to maintain database integrity and performance Administer NetWeaver ABAP JAVA systems to ensure seamless integration and operation Execute SAP Basis Administration duties to support system health and user access Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align SAP systems with business processes Implement multi-channel solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures Lead system upgrades and patches to keep SAP environments up-to-date Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and deliverables Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and regulations Qualifications Possess strong experience in SAP S 4HANA Administration demonstrating the ability to manage complex systems effectively Have expertise in SAP BTP Administration ensuring seamless integration and performance Demonstrate proficiency in SAP HANA Administration maintaining database health and efficiency Show capability in NetWeaver ABAP JAVA Admin supporting robust system operations Exhibit skills in SAP Basis Administration ensuring system stability and user access Understand multi-channel environments enhancing user experience and operational workflows Have domain knowledge in finance and accounting aligning SAP systems with business needs Be adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly Possess strong documentation skills maintaining accurate records of system configurations and processes Be experienced in leading system upgrades and patches ensuring systems are current Have excellent communication skills providing training and support to end-users Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Certifications RequiredSAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration SAP HANA with SAP NetWeaver 7 5 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S 4HANA Cloud
