by fostering an environment where you grow at every step take charge of your journey and thrive in a supportive community Are You Ready to Create Your Own Sunshine As you enter the Sun Pharma world you ll find yourself becoming Better every day through continuous progress Exhibit self-drive as you Take charge and lead with confidence Additionally demonstrate a collaborative spirit knowing that we Thrive together and support each other s journeys Desired Skills Experience Candidate should have worked on SAP WM Warehouse Management SAP eWM extended WM modules Should have experience in SAP WM integration with 3rd party systems Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in full cycle SAP implementation as well as in support projects Preferably should have experience in implementation support of SAP WM at a Pharma company or GxP controlled Process industry environment that includes exposure to computer system validation activity Candidate should have secondary experience in SAP MM and PP materials management production planning modules which includes experience in development support Minimum of 8-10 years designing and configuring WM module and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules MM and PP Candidate should have experience in use of standard SAP Fiori apps and development of custom apps and its necessary setups Candidate should be proficient in planning and execution of data conversion activities and build execution of the necessary data migration tools like LSMW LTMC etc The candidate should be well conversant with SAP tables SAP query writing Functional Specifications for custom developments to deliver innovative solutions Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Ability to lead the WM related initiatives provide technical guidance and advise on SAP WM deliverables effectively interacting with others Must be results oriented and demonstrate adaptability flexibility and resourcefulness Areas Of Responsibility Roles Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Warehouse Management for SUN Pharma entities operated in SAP - ECC and S4 HANA including 3rd Party System Integrations Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify interpret validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements processes and objectives develops necessary product modifications to satisfy customer s needs Design customize configure and testing of the module Identify gaps issues and work around solutions Act as liaison with internal customer for troubleshooting investigate analyse and solve software problems Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues Document functional designs test cases and results Proactively identify and propose business process and or system enhancements Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Travel Estimate Travel as per project requirement Job Scope Internal Interactions within the organization With Plant business users Plant WH heads Plant and Country level WH process owners Within IT with SAP Global Head at Corporate Cross Module IT SME Subject Mater Experts and SAP Consultants in Warehouse Management Material Management Production Planning Sales and Distribution Quality management GRC ABAP Consultants External Interactions outside the organization With SAP Ltd and with 3rd Party partner consultants involved in various Projects -
