General Responsibilities Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and housekeeping. Supervise administrative staff and assign duties when required. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate between different departments (HR, Accounts, Production, Management). Handle internal and external communication efficiently. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data. Manage company documents, files, and confidential records (physical & digital). Prepare letters, reports, and official correspondences. Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance. Handle repairs, maintenance, and security arrangements. Logistics & Travel Support: Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for staff. Manage company vehicles and driver schedules. Compliance & Policy Support: Assist in implementing company policies and standard operating procedures. Ensure statutory compliance related to admin operations (PF, ESI, licenses, etc.). Support HR & Accounts during audits and inspections. Event & Guest Management: Arrange official meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities. Handle visitors, clients, and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
