Community Manager (Entry Level) – Ascendus AIAscendus AI is hiring a driven, disciplined Community Manager to grow the global community for Precogly - our open-source threat modeling platform with support for agentic AI workflows. This role blends developer relations, AppSec engagement, and outreach to DORA/CRA stakeholders. You’ll also run outbound email + LinkedIn outreach and must be comfortable with rejection and high-output work. This job is based out of our Bangalore office in Indiranagar.What You’ll DoBuild and manage communities on Discord, GitHub, X, LinkedInRun AMAs, webinars, demos, content dropsOutbound outreach to developers, AppSec leads, EU banking and CRA stakeholdersGather user feedback and support product directionGet hands-on exposure to AI in security and agentic workflowsWhat We ExpectMBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institutionBased out of Bangalore and preferably close (within 30 minutes commute) to Indiranagar areaWe operate with long, focused work hours and expect high consistency and discipline.
