Qualifications - 6+ years of experience - Experience with Absence Management in Oracle HCM / Workday / SAP SuccessFactors - Strong understanding of leave policies and accruals. - Configure and maintain absence rules, accruals, and eligibility profiles. - Provide user support and resolve absence-related issues. - Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory policies. - Generate reports and analyze absence trends. - Requirements - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
