Primary Responsibilities: - Lead projects, data analysis, and perform application decommissioning activities. Able to coordinate and manage multiple projects with different teams within the same time frame - Gathering business requirements to support on-going process improvements - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the technology teams. Partner with Business, Technical Teams, Architects/Engineers to identify and decommission unused hardware, infrastructure efficiently and cost effectively - Support quality assurance testing of application enhancements - Report and review the compliance status and take remediation actions - Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and appropriately apply new technologies to solve data migration, data archival, decommissioning activities, software enhancement, and quality assurance - Proactively engage in the creation and improvement of reference materials, training documents, and resources to support team development and project execution - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 2+ years of experience in software engineering (academic or professional) - 1+ years of experience in IT project coordination or support, including time and risk management - Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks - Clear and effective written and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications: - PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification - Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments - Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaboration platforms - Ability to communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders - Team-oriented with a focus on accountability and collaboration
