The Role: Product Designer I (UX/UI) As a Product Designer, you'll help design intuitive and impactful experiences that empower users to make informed financial decisions. You'll work closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to turn ideas into high-quality interfaces and scalable design systems.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving user problems through design, and is eager to grow their product thinking and craft. What You'll Do User-Centric Design: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that make complex concepts simple and engaging. UI Craftsmanship: Design clean, responsive interfaces that align with Upstox's visual language and accessibility principles. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to bring ideas to life. Feedback & Iteration: Use insights from user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to refine designs. Design System Contribution: Maintain and evolve components within our design system to ensure visual consistency. Quality Handoff: Provide clear specs and documentation to ensure accurate implementation. Who You Are :12 years of hands-on product design experience (preferably in tech or consumer products). :Proficient in Figma and familiar with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite. :Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and interaction design. :Good eye for detail and consistency in design execution. :Comfortable working in Agile teams and iterating quickly. :Excellent communication and collaboration skills. :Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a high-impact environment. Bonus Points :Experience working on fintech, financial apps, or data-heavy interfaces. :Personal interest in finance, investing, or digital products.
