Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions a leading recruitment consultancy firm Our client a leading HVAC Engineering contracting Services provider company established in year 2012 have employee strength of 95 looking for following staff for their office located at Makarba area of Ahmedabad Position Project Engineer Experience 1 to 3 Years in HVAC Projects Site Management Qualification B E Diploma -Mechanical Office Timing 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Mon-Sat Salary 25 000 to 40 000 Month based of quality of experience interview performance Job Details 1 Understand the scope of project 2 Take all Approved Data from Planning engineer 3 Analyse all drawings with respect to site 4 Site visit every 3rd or 2nd day 5 Provide PR for material required to start the site 6 Coordinate with contractor for Ancillary material 7 Verify PR in terms of quality 8 Give approval of Quality check to site engineer QC report 9 Assist and Finalize the Contractor with Project Manager 10 Follow up of delivery of equipments 11 Submit the Quality check report to Project Manager 12 Attend site meeting fortnightly and Weekly review meeting with Project manager 13 Certification and Submission of invoice Receipt and challan to Accountant 14 Review Morning and Evening report sent by Site engineers 15 Prepare and send Material requirement report fortnightly 16 Keep a check on tracking schedule Completion of project as per the deadline 17 Reconciliation of material and Material dispatch clearance 18 Specific items should be ordered after approval from Project Manager 19 Weekly discussion with Site Engineers about challenges faced at site and come up with solutions 20 Escalate of Red flag whenever required if any decision has not received by PM 21 Conduct Periodical review of measurements fortnightly 22 Exploring local supplier availability of ancillary Material 23 Drop Weekly mail to client for project status 24 Issue completion certificate or project to contractor 25 Get Appreciation letter from client s their letter head Other skills required Negotiation skill Team Management Time Managment Active Listening Computer Skills Good Problem Solving Skills Excellent technical knowledge Good Managerial Motivating skills If interested Please share your updated resume with details of your present salary expectations notice period
