We are looking for an experienced and enough competent personnel for the position of SAP DBM Operator having sound knowledge of DBM Automobile Industry operations and part s warranty related job Job Responsibilities Inputting and updating information related to vehicle details customer information service orders parts inventory and financial transactions within the SAP system Checking the accuracy and completeness of data entered into SAP ensuring it matches source documents and resolving any discrepancies Regularly reviewing data for errors missing information or inconsistencies and taking corrective action Generating maintaining and updating various records invoices and reports within the SAP system Working with other departments like sales parts service and accounting to ensure data consistency and workflow alignment Collaborating with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow within the service center Generating reports from the SAP system for various purposes such as sales inventory or performance analysis Dealing with the replacement parts of the vehicle regarding it s warranty Preparation Packaging and Courier to the company to replace the parts under warranty Deal with the Ashok Leyland team regarding the replacement and follow-up until the work done Education Graduate Post Graduate in any specialization ITI Diploma Engineering in mechanical Work Experience Minimum 1 year experience in the same field Proficient in SAP DBM Operation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Raigarh Chhattisgarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience 10 key typing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
