🔧 What You’ll Work On

- Build and improve ML-powered matching and ranking systems for talent profiles
- Contribute to semantic scoring models and search intelligence
- Work on data pipelines, experimentation, model training, and deployment
- Clean and process structured/unstructured data from CVs, JDs, and other inputs
- Help us experiment with LLM-based intelligence components
- Contribute to end-to-end architecture, not just isolated code

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Final-year student or recent grad in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Some exposure to NLP, transformers, or LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) is a big plus
- Familiarity with building and evaluating ML models in a structured manner
- Understanding of version control (Git) and basic MLOps is a bonus
- Available for a 3–6 month internship (full-time or substantial part-time)
