About the Role We are hiring a motivated Inventory & Store Operations Executive (Fresher) to support our day-to-day kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ropes of inventory management within a fast-paced food ecosystem. Good communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Kannada is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, and kitchen essentials. - Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of items to prevent shortages. - Maintain accurate stock records in our system and support periodic audits. - Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and consumables. - Assist in negotiating pricing, quality, and payment terms for cost optimization. - Support task allocation, performance tracking, and smooth store operations. - Ensure compliance with F&B standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines. - Monitor and report daily store activities, including material inflow & outflow. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, consumption, and wastage. - Maintain records of purchase orders, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and invoices. - Contribute to implementing best practices in inventory control and operations. Requirements: - Fresh graduates from any discipline; interest in operations or F&B is a plus. - Good communication skills in English; Kannada proficiency preferred. - Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel). - Proactive, organised, and responsible attitude.
