Role Description We are looking for a full-time Google Ads Specialist for an on-site role located in Chandigarh. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, developing ad copy, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to improve campaign outcomes. The specialist will monitor trends, ensure cost efficiency, and collaborate with team members to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization - Experience with analytics tools for tracking and reporting campaign performance - Proficiency in budget management and bid strategies for cost-effective advertising - Outstanding problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities - Familiarity with digital marketing principles and trends - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred - Google Ads Certification is a plus
