Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager who can manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and video editors, ensuring top-tier creative execution across all brand and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both static and motion design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for leading creative teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers and video editors, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Define and implement design standards, ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and advertisements.
- Development of design system, a full package of design components and patterns that can be globally used by designers for all collaterals in the ecosystem.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs that drive engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to elevate the brands visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideas for marketing campaigns and projects

Must have:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work.
- Prior experience of leading and managing a team of designers and video editors.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and motion graphics.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives to drive engagement and conversions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation:

The offered compensation package will be based on the candidates prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC)
