Job Description

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist in the e2e process build, test, integration of I2P (Idea to Product) value streamProvide technical guidance for Development, Deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM
- As the Teamcenter developer you will help refine and grow the capabilities of current systems, driving continuous improvement to meet I2P Teamcenter PLM build / configurations, integration and interface needs. You will be responsible for design, develop, and sustain the current Teamcenter environment and related application systems.
- Assist in the resolution of development and integration design issues related to I2P Value Stream
- Review and assist project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go live.
- Provide delivery support and assist in resolving open Teamcenter Solution development issues - by leveraging experience.
- Responsible for reviewing functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the I2P value stream.
- Responsible for implementing the industry best practices to manage Business processes using the OOTB capabilities.
- Ability to perform Teamcenter Technical POCs (Proof of Concept) based on Business and Technical use cases.

Your Job:

- Overall experience of 8-10 years as Teamcenter Developer role with at least 5+ years of experience in design, development and implementation of Teamcenter 14.x platfrom
- Teamcenter implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and its integration frameworks like T4EA/T4S/T4O/CAD Integrations etc. Technical capabilities in Part Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflow, Product Configurator.
- Teamcenter Skills
- Assist the Set up a TC environment from ground zero and with a HA and DR configurations
- Manage Access Manager, Workflows, Organization, Classification
- Provide structure Management to including creating Revision Rules and Variant Rules as well as configuring Assemblies using established business rules.
- Create batch scripts for different Teamcenter purposes.
- Configuring ACLs, Workflows, Organization
- Create documents defining processes and procedures for installation and best practices in Teamcenter.
- Act as a point of contact for problem resolution and resolve key systemic Teamcenter issues.
- Support various issues like TC client setup, connection issues, data and process lock issues, and import/export issues
- Declarative Programming expertise and AWBuild command experience
- Ability to customize stylesheet with preference updates to accommodate functionality.
- Customization and Configuration of Extending Active Workspace (workspaces, tiles, tile collections, etc.)
- Ability to work with a geographically disbursed team in a collaborative online environment to achieve project objectives.
- Teamcenter and Active Workspace with admin and user support skillset
- Experience in C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK SOA), BMIDE, Java, HTML, XML and Webservices and Active Workspace Configuration and declarative programming
- Experience with data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones

Other Responsibilities:

- Solution Design: The Teamcenter developer is responsible for providing the technical and functional guidance for the build, deployment, and integration of Siemen s Teamcenter PLM platform.
- Technical Expertise: As the Teamcenter developer, provide technical solutions to development teams and ensure that solutions meet industry best practices. You will provide guidance and mentoring other team members, implementation partners and ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Environment Expertise: Understanding of installation, configuration, and patching of Teamcenter server and client components, data model (BMIDE) updates, and additional integrations
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master in Engineering / Science Degree
- Overall, 8-10+ Years of Experience
- Fluency in English Language - written verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to the Hi-Tech industry
- Experience with integration of Teamcenter with ERP(SAP), CRM, MES System.
- Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents.
