Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure project progress as per schedule. - Verify quantities, materials, and work execution quality on construction sites - Assist in preparing progress reports, BOQ tracking, and WBS data - Identify issues and delays and communicate timely updates to the project and product teams Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or related field - Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software - Experience with AI and data-driven decision making is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits - Exposure to AI-integrated construction technology.
