SAP GTS Consultant (Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad | Pune)

We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and upgrading SAP GTS 4 HANA. This role combines hands-on expertise in GTS with strong problem-solving and communication skills, working across global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
- Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs.
- Support end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports, and training materials.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
- Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
- Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
