About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to lead shift operations at our Delivery Centers (DCs). The successful candidate will support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining and Executing Delivery Processes: Develop and execute delivery processes from delivery stations to customer addresses.
  • Bandwidth Management: Ensure enough bandwidth in territorial delivery teams for peak time delivery management.
  • Team Engagement: Engage closely with the delivery team, developing and maintaining a highly motivated and performance-driven team.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve delivery processes and attain sustained levels of delivery performance through process and training improvements.
Evaluation Criteria
  • Strong Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and people management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with individuals and teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying key facts and validating alternatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Language Proficiency: Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
