The AM works closely with Site Managers (SMs) by reviewing trial data, identifying early risk indicators, and providing actionable insights. This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, tech-savvy, collaborative, and confident in influencing without authority Key Responsibilities - Conduct ongoing centralized data review to identify trends, risks, and quality gaps. - Translate data insights into clear, prescriptive recommendations for Site Managers with expected timelines. - Enable SMs by taking on analytic workload, allowing them to focus more on site engagement. - Communicate findings proactively and collaborate closely with SMs to support decision-making. - Build strong working relationships and manage occasional pushback with confidence and professionalism. - Leverage cross-functional data sources-avoid duplication and integrate insights from other teams. - Use BI tools (e.g., Spotfire) and adapt to evolving AI-driven systems. - Support efficient execution of monitoring plans across multiple therapeutic areas. Experience : - 4+ years of experience in CRO/clinical research with strong expertise in data analytics, data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of clinical trial site operations. Technical Skills - Strong data analysis capability with understanding of ICH-GCP and RBQM/RBM/QbD principles. - Ability to identify patterns, risk signals, and operational issues in clinical trial data. - Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Spotfire, Power BI) openness to learn AI-based systems. - Strong statistical thinking (Advanced level preferred). Soft Skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Data-driven, critical thinker with curiosity and creativity. - Confident and able to influence SMs strong relationship-building capability. - Comfortable interpreting diverse data sources, not just own reviews.
