Position Overview The Chief Investor Relations Officer CIRO is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that enhances the companyxe2x80x99s visibility credibility and valuation in the capital markets The CIRO serves as the primary liaison between the company and its shareholders institutional investors analysts and other stakeholders ensuring consistent accurate and transparent communication of the companyxe2x80x99s financial performance strategy and growth prospects Key Responsibilities1 Strategic Leadershipo Develop and execute the companyxe2x80x99s investor relations strategy in alignment with corporate goals and objectives o Provide strategic advice to the Global MD Group CFO and Board of Directors regarding investor sentiment market trends and shareholder expectations 2 Investor Communication o Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company with the investment community o Oversee the preparation and dissemination of financial reports earnings releases investor presentations and other related materials o Manage quarterly earnings calls investor meetings and roadshows 3 Stakeholder Engagement o Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors analysts and other stakeholders o Respond to inquiries from investors and analysts promptly and accurately o Monitor and address shareholder concerns ensuring alignment with the companyxe2x80x99s strategic goals 4 Market Intelligence and Analysis o Monitor industry trends competitor performance and capital market developments o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on investor feedback and market analysis o Track and analyze the companyxe2x80x99s stock performance and valuation metrics relative to peers 5 Compliance and Reportingo Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial disclosure and investor communications o Collaborate with legal finance and communications teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting o Support the companyxe2x80x99s ESG Environmental Social Governance initiatives and integrate them into investor communications 6 Team Management o Lead and mentor the investor relations team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration o Manage external IR consultants agencies and vendors as needed Qualifications and Skills Education Chartered Accountant or CFA RequirementsExperience Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investor relations corporate finance equity research or related fields with at least 5 years in a leadership role Skills Deep understanding of financial statements corporate strategy and capital markets Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proven ability to build relationships with investors analysts and other stakeholders Key Competencies Strategic thinking and foresight High degree of professionalism and ethical integrity Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Key Performance Indicators KPIs Investor satisfaction and sentiment Accuracy and timeliness of financial communications Stock price performance and valuation metrics relative to peers Growth in institutional investor base Engagement at investor events and conferences Reporting To Group CFOWork Location Jaipur RajasthanBenefitsSalary-80lakhs-90lakhs TestHiring
