Location: Remote | Type: Full-time | Comp: ₹45,000–₹75,000/month (DOE) + paid 1-week trial

Science with Satwant is a Hinglish/English science channel by Dr. Satwant Kumar (neuroscience, space, radio, AI, hands-on builds). We're scaling so I (Satwant) can focus on content & experiments.

What you'll do

- Join Zoom shoots and interview on camera (you ask questions, Satwant answers)
- Manage YouTube operations: uploads, metadata, end screens, community posts
- Schedule collaborations and manage creator outreach
- Research topics; prep notes, hooks, and visuals; light repurposing for Shorts & socials in collaboration with a full-time video editor.
- Coordinate calendars, assets, and publishing

Must-haves

- Excellent Hindi + English (spoken & written); strong on-camera presence on Zoom
- YouTube Studio proficiency; basic analytics & SEO hygiene
- Research + clear writing; organized, proactive, detail-driven
- Ability to overlap 4+ hrs with America/Chicago time

Nice-to-haves

- Canva; basic editing (CapCut/PR/DaVinci)
- Experience with creator collabs and social schedulers
- Interest in science/tech
