Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs for

research and support roles, including skills, qualifications, and

experience.

Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for various

research disciplines (e.g., scientific, market, clinical) and support

functions (e.g., administrative, project coordination, IT support).

Ensure recruitment campaigns are aligned with business goals,

diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational culture.

Candidate Sourcing & Networking:

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards,

professional networks, academic institutions, industry events, and

social media, to identify and engage top talent.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future

research and support positions, including passive candidates.

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical and soft skills,

cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.

Work closely with hiring managers to ensure interview processes

are structured, objective, and aligned with role requirements.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with hiring managers and senior

leadership to provide regular updates on recruitment progress,

candidate status, and market trends.

Act as a trusted advisor to the hiring team, providing expertise on

market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for hiring

research and support professionals.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring

process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance and

onboarding.

Promote the company's employer brand, leveraging our research-

driven culture and commitment to innovation as key selling points

to potential candidates.

Onboarding Support:

Coordinate with the HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth

onboarding process for new hires in research and support roles.

Assist in the preparation of job offers, employment contracts, and

related documentation for successful candidates.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate

data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide reports and analysis on recruitment metrics, including

time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity stats, and candidate source

effectiveness.

Education and

Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business

Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred,

but not required.

5-9 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment..

Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to

build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior

leaders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive

decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-

paced environment.
