- Key Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
-Front Desk & Client Interaction
Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about programs, packages, and services.
Manage client appointments, bookings, and follow-ups.
-Lead Management & Sales
Telecall and follow up on leads received from different sources.
Maintain lead tracker and update CRM/software regularly.
Convert enquiries into enrollments by understanding client needs and suggesting the right packages.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
-Administration & Operations
Maintain attendance records, daily sales report, and enquiry database.
Handle MS Office for reports, client data, and studio communication.
Support studio management in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and a welcoming atmosphere at the studio.
- Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline) with 13 years of experience in customer service/front desk/sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheet, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets.
