Key Responsibilities Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to detailed design Prepare and review architectural drawings presentations and technical documentation Manage project timelines deliverables and documentation for approvals Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and resolve technical issues Liaise with clients for design presentations approvals and feedback Supervise junior architects and design team members Maintain project quality and ensure alignment with firm s design standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress check for design adherence and resolve technical issues on-site Manage design presentations design reviews and documentation for tender and execution stages Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institution 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design with proven exposure Preferred Attributes Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure projects airports railway stations or institutional developments Awareness of sustainable design practices and green building standards Passion for innovation and problem-solving in design Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks SketchUp and other visualization BIM tools Strong knowledge of materials detailing and construction techniques Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring design quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
