Transactions authorization in LMS for various loan servicing entries like Part Payments Repo closures Due Date change etc Managing end to end analysis of daily customers for various loan servicing attributes Analyzing Highlighting system challenges for various service requests Co-ordination with collection team for time accurate repo terminations Managing month end volumes its skewness Plus TAT Analysis Reporting of various exception to management Ensuring Nil OSLA Ensuring correct principal interest waivers are appropriated in any written off contract Repo Flagging as per request blocking of NOC Other loan servicing requests Analysis of correct waiver in each loan servicing contract Keeping a track of NOC to bidder NOC NDC to customers Preparation of various control MISs Monitoring of NPS complaints of request Accounting entries verification Co-ordination with Taxation department for various tax regulations Responsibilities o Handle the Operations related activities of the retail loan product portfolio including repayment schedule regeneration post receipt from escrow accounts o Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances by checking of all the files and ensuring the data is complete and relevant o Handling MIS Reports publishing and ensuring net of TDS activities o Achieve high efficiency levels by ensuring all queries are resolved within TAT and developing processes that will improve TAT o Ensure customer satisfaction by handling Customer related queries and complaints with on time response as per TAT o Coordinate with the system team to resolve routine and other system issues identifying gaps and recommending measures to address such gaps o Conduct impact analysis and accordingly update systems after approval from the business team o Release communication about rate increase or decrease to customer and update the web-portal system accordingly o Ensure audit response and preparedness for the same within designated timelines and resolve audit queries raised by internal and external auditor and initiate corrective action as suggested o Ensure compliance to all Audit RBI regulations Qualifications Post Graduate Graduate in any discipline
